Pastured Lamb Meat
The rack of lamb meat is a delicious roast alone or 2 – 3 racks can be tied together to form an elegant crown roast. A full rack contains 8 ribs. The chine (feather bones) is removed for preparation to French. This makes Frenching easier. It also allows the lamb meat rack to be cut into chops with a knife between the rib bones. 100% grass fed lamb meat. Serves 4 Weight range: Large: 2.4 – 3.2 lb. Medium: 1.7- 2.4 lb.
Pastured Lamb Meat
Our Lamb Loin Chops are tender and lean “T” bone steaks. They are the equivalent of tenderloin filet in beef. These lamb chops are perfect for the grill, and are highly recommended by chefs. Enjoy our 100% Grass-Fed lamb chops from Shepherd Song Farm. 4 per package. Options:

Pastured Lamb Meat
Leg of lamb is the traditional roast for holidays, special occasions and whenever you want to have an impressive, elegant or casual meal. Our center-cut leg of lamb is the prime center section of the leg. The rump and shank have been removed for easier cooking resulting in a higher meat to bone ratio. Rub with olive oil and favorite spices. Buy 100% grass fed leg of lamb online Weight range: Half: 2.5-3.3 lb. Small: 3.4 – 4.2 lb. Medium: 4.3 – 4.9 lb. Large: 5.0 – 5.8 lb.
Pastured Goat Meat
Purchase a whole goat from us with only customer preferred cuts. Lead time for processing your goat may be 10 to 14 days depending on schedule. Weight range 24 – 26 lbs. A standard whole goat includes: 2 Racks 8 Loin chops (4 packs of 2 chops) 4 Leg shanks 2 Leg roasts 2 Shoulder roasts 2 lb Ground 2-4 lbs bone-in meat for stew Custom cuts are available for an additional $25 fee (choose custom option and add note on cuts desired). Whole carcass for roasting (not cut up) is available as a custom order. Additional shipping costs are required due to over sized container requirement. Allow 2-3 weeks lead time.
Pastured Lamb Meat
Leg of Lamb with Shank – A flavorful, bone-in cut that includes the lower shank portion for extra tenderness and rich taste. Perfect for roasting or slow cooking, yielding juicy, fall-off-the-bone meat. Average weight: 5–8 lbs.
Pastured Goat Meat
Traditional goat stew bone-in meat is cut in approximate 2 inch chunks, including the bone, from the full carcass. The packages contain a variety of meat pieces packaged at random. Some packages will contain a higher bone to meat ratio than other packages. This mix is an economical option to experiencing culturally diverse recipes. 100% grass fed goat meat. Options: 1 lb and 2 lb packs. Warning: bones with sharp ends may be included and should be expected in this traditional style.
