Goat Bacon – Slab

Try our grass fed and finished uncured Goat Slab Bacon.  It is hand-selected, dry-cured, carefully salted and seasoned with honey and maple syrup and is a delicious addition to sandwiches, omelets, and soups. Easy to slice as needed. As this is an old fashioned dry-cured, smoked bacon it is salty. Made from Shepherd Song Farm 100% grass fed lamb, it will make for an exciting change from regular bacon. No nitrates or nitrites added except for those natually occurring in celery powder and sea salt.

Slabs range in size and will total approximately .6 to 1.0 lb slabs.
