It is hand-selected, dry-cured, carefully salted and seasoned with honey and maple syrup and is a delicious addition to sandwiches, omelets, and soups. Easy to slice as needed. As this is an old fashioned dry-cured, smoked bacon it is salty. Made from Shepherd Song Farm 100% grass fed lamb, it will make for an exciting change from regular bacon.
