Pastured Goat Meat
Traditional goat stew bone-in meat is cut in approximate 2 inch chunks, including the bone, from the full carcass. The packages contain a variety of meat pieces packaged at random. Some packages will contain a higher bone to meat ratio than other packages. This mix is an economical option to experiencing culturally diverse recipes. 100% grass fed goat meat. Options: 1 lb and 2 lb packs. Warning: bones with sharp ends may be included and should be expected in this traditional style.

Our goat shanks Osso Bucco style are cross cut 2 times. Osso Bucco is Italian for bone with a hole and refers to the marrow in the center of the cross cut shank. The reason for cutting is to expose the richness of the bone marrow that adds nutrients and flavor. They can be seasoned, slow cooked and serve on rice or pasta. 100% grass fed goat.
